Perfect

"Awak, saya nak cakap lagi." I know he was sleepy but.

"Okay. Cakapcakapcakapcakapcakapcakapcakap."

How cracked was that? At the corner, I yelled.

The man that can drive you insane at any time is the man you in love with him. It's perfect.

Driving Saka

Is your guy have this driving saka only at car park? Seriously every time we were at the parking bay his saka will appear. Idk, he was the safest driver when we were best friends. Now he's driving me nuts.

Is your guy have this driving saka?

Flaws

"I hate it when you point out my weaknesses." - Me.

"Well you point out my weaknesses all the time." - Him.

"Well, a relationship is about to reach out the best of us... " - me.

                                             "Hahahahahaha!!" - him

I haven't finish talking......

Miss Me

"Morning.. You didn't call me this morning?"

"I know you'll be sleeping in the car. And second, I'm waiting to hear your sweet voice saying you miss me."

Suddenly voice changed.

"Of course I miss you, that's why I'm calling.. Dah makan?"

I giggled at the back.

"Nah... Try again tomorrow. You're not sweet enough."

Sewist-holic?

Assalamualaikum & Hello!

I've been working on new jubahs, dresses, and a baju kurung. Some of it are under Statuesque Veranda. Quite tiring to do all alone but we'll see if I can get people to help me. By the way, I've changed my blog's url to Sew Buxom! It was inspired by a sewist blogger "Sew What"(sounds like "so what" right?) . Apparently, all the words I have tried; Sew Gorgeous, Sew Beautiful, Sew Happy, Sew Awesome, Sew Amazing, Sew Yummy, Sew Marvelous, Sew Pretty, Sew Lucky, Sew Geek, Sew Nerd, Sew Freak, Is That Sew, Sew Tempting, and so forth. And I actually ended up choosing "Sew Cliche" because everyone are using "Sew ....". Hah! It was taken too. You can try if you want to. So, "Buxom" means... (of a woman) healthy, plump, cheerful, and lively. Yeayyurs! Hmm. I think I've been a "sewist-holic". And now the purpose of having this blog is to share my collections and passions. But I've been making for others and I haven't since get my time to make mine. Maybe.. this weekend? I would like to share what I've made since last week.

#1 Basic Jubah with Border Lace

I made this for a girl named Mareena. This is in amaranth pink, a jubah with princess seam. You love it?

#2 Basic Jubah in Dark Turquoise

This is my friend Kim. Yes it is almost similar as above except this comes with no laces. For Basic Jubah I provide a button and a 10 inches zipper on the sleeves, and hidden pockets on both sides.

#3 Jubah with Laces

This is for Dinat (right). The design are the same as #1, but I'm using her material except laces to make this.

#4 A Lovely Dress for Arina

Arina is a girlfriend of my partner in Statuesque Veranda. He wants to give her something for their anniversary and asked me to make a dress for her. This is my first attempt to make a different style of dress. This is a combination of knit and chiffon fabric. The color of both are slightly different but when combine, it made a really beautiful color. Usually, I follow the standard size to make clothes for my customers. Like S, M, L, and etc. But I have to make a little adjustment on the measurement to match with Arina's body size. It was difficult at first, but I'm glad I made it. This is a princess seam dress, and I made a full circle skirt on the bottom part. I was thinking to produce circle skirts soon, but the costs are quite high. It uses more length of fabrics comparing to normal, flare, skirts.

#5 A Princess Seam Baju Kurung

This is for Seri. A repeat order from her. I made her an SV Signature Jubah previously. She really loved it. I'm happy!

#6 A Jubah for my aunt, Tila.

What you see is unfinished jubah, because when I take this picture I haven't finish doing the neck and hemline. Tila wanted a jubah with no darts and she asked me to make bishop sleeves with 5 inches cuff and laces.

And #7 A Simple Cardigan

In the previous post, I shared with you the dress I made for myself. Well this is the cardigan! I'm using knit fabric to make this.

Okay enough.

What actually makes me happy is when people liked and loved what I have made for them. I feel appreciated and it makes me want to do more. And sewing was like a therapy. I feel calm and peace and I spent a lot of time at home. The bad side is I haven't been going out to meet my friends for quite some time. I kind of miss it.

Anyway, I've been learning everything from books and internet. If I have extra cash I would definitely go to class. Maybe not now.

I would like to get sewist friends from all around the world, to share knowledge and passions. I hope to hear from you soon! I'm still learning to decorate my blog though. I'm so jealous to see other bloggers have a really nice blog.

Okay, feel free to drop your comment. Much LOVE!

Hellooo :)

Assalamualaikum.

Sebulan sekali je ber-blog ni. Rajin ke orang ber-blog sekarang ni? As usual I was pretty busy with my day routines. I know how to make jubahs, skirts, and dresses now. I'm so happy. Baru pagi tadi test buat cardigan. It turned out, just okay since the fabric was like has a bit transparency. I wore a dress with a cardigan today, attended a birthday gathering at Seoul Garden, Paradigm mall.

This is the dress I made for myself. Not for sale. I did some gathers on waist because I love flares. The top was quite simple since I wear hijab so it's not necessarily to add many designs but perhaps, in future I might add it just for self-satisfactions.

I've been socializing with my favorite Singer 160 machine and sometimes I even talk alone. Sewing is fun! But I know i have to balance with real world definitely.

Last month was my birthday, and Afiq made a post-birthday gathering for me at Bubba Gump, The Curve. I really appreciates everything he does for me. I got a Fujifilm Piano Black 50s as a birthday present. Deeply madly in love with it.

Thanks love! :)

Life so far was really great. I'm happy for what I'm having now. Afiq had been better and better for me and I just wish I could do the same for him. He is the best, best friend in the world. Who doesn't love a guy whose willing to spend time with you to do your thing? Eh not willing, but interested to spend time with you. He was there, every time. He knows everything about my sewing stuff, what I like, and what I looking forward to buy. He is very special to me. Okay enough about him, some things are meant to keep to myself. he he.

Last but not least, get yourself a copy of Hijabista April 2013. I was in it. Ecece. Well I did it for fun and not so active anymore compared to last time.

Hijabista April 2013

By the way, feel free to browse our website at www.statuesque-veranda.com to see our products! I made pretty and practical designs and good quality apparels. Till then :))

A Vision

Bimillahirrahmanirrahim...

Assalamualaikum. Photos for Statuesque Veranda's clothing line will be up soon. I made a few outfits for my collection. I am slowly inventing/innovating new designs.

You know, it wasn't easy. Everything I've done on my own. But I know I'm lucky to have few friends that helped me a lot; my heartbeat Afiq, Hakim the photographer, and Amir my investor. I have a vision. In order to realize it I have to achieve few goals. It's tough. And when I start to work in an audit firm it's gonna get tougher. But when it gets better and when I become successful one day, I will remember these days and will never forget those who were with me.

Pray.

Hijab, Perception, and Judge

Assalamualaikum my dearest friends,

It is a blessed Friday and I wish all of you in a good health. Thank you Allah for giving me another day to breathe, share and live my life with beloved ones.

I would like to share my thoughts in regards of hijab, perception, and judge. When I started wearing hijab, that's the point I reorganize my life and place my priorities. I smiled inside even though I know I was a bit lost. I need to back myself up, I know I have Him and I have my number one supporter with me. It took times to search my lost soul. I was not in peace. But now Alhamdulillah I earn it bits by bits.

I'm blissful to get a chance to join other hijabers. It's just that I wish to give some words to some of you.

Dear sisters,

Wearing hijab makes you a better person. But it doesn't mean you are better than anyone else. For me, I'm not better than others, but I am a better version of myself. I know some girls who always judge other girls. But, what makes you different when you curse when you speak, you show you feet (aurah) when you walk outside, and you hold hands with your boyfriend? Yet you're still pointing at others' imperfections. Sisters, we are not perfect. I am not perfect.

Every time I saw something less appropriate, it took less than a second I speak to my heart, " Astaghfirullah. I shall not look at other's flaws as I might have more than them, and that might how I used to be." Muhasabah.

You can't judge them. It could lead to "takbur" or "riak". Arrogance. We can advice, but not by throwing hurtful words. Have a sympathy. They might need more love than we do. And there are good Christians, Buddhist; there are good persons out there even though they might hold on different beliefs.

Please.. Before you place your perception onto others you should place it to yourself, before you judge others, you judge yourself. And not only as a hijaber, but as a Muslim use your tongue to say nice words, use your eyes to see beautiful things, take actions that benefit others and pray that your every deed will earn Barakah from Allah S.W.T.

I hope I have delivered well. This is a note to myself too.
I wish all my friends be blessed with health and happiness. Assalamualaikum.

P/s: Now, I don't cry if something hurts me. But my tears drop when good things happen to me and my surroundings. Blessed.

Yesterday

Yesterday was his first day joining induction program at Petronas Leadership Centre. It's going to be another 13 days if I'm not mistaken. He told me how was his day-1.
They have this ice-breaking session in which it's normal for any company to have it, so he has to tell something about himself; name, where does he live, hobbies etc.

When it comes to his turn, he said one of his hobbies are to accompany me. I think it was kind of sweet when he say that. He said to be with me was kind of adventurous, i don't know what does he meant by that, maybe like we learn new things every time. Maybe.

I'm proud of him. Always. I'm happy to see him happy. :)

Thoughts of Life

We grew up and we changed.

Before deleting previous entries in this blog, I read through all for one last time. Judging from there, I can't deny I was being pretty immature. But I never blame or regret for who I was before, it made me what I am today. What I have achieved today probably not much but it was enough considering the total efforts I have put into.

I'm just grateful for my people to believe in me, trust me, tolerate with my irrelevant acts, and holds me. I was, being insecure all these while. I used to keep questioning myself why can't I be better than anyone. Why can't I. But it's good to feel insecure sometimes, because if you think you're good enough, perfect, and feel too comfortable, you might end up being arrogant and full of yourself, you think you're right, and tends to forget/ignore what's happening around you. Time goes by and you miss lots of great things. I'm not sure if I was naive, but I'm pretty sure that I don't like to do wrong things that will hurt someone and/or myself. And  anyone who have done wrong towards me, I preferably to let go and give absolute forgiveness because I'm not perfect neither. And sometimes people need more than one chance to make things right. Help them until you feel it's enough.

Being imperfect teach you to improve yourself. Knowing that you're not perfect, every decision you made and every outcome you earned you always know you might or could have done better. I don't like to compare myself with others because no one is superhuman, everyone must be lacking on something. Fret not.

Neera,

When you're 20, you only know "accounting" and believed it will secure your life and you only walked to the straight path.

When you're 22, it was a roller coaster because you've started struggling to find your own identity. You want something more than what you have learned in school.

When you're 24, you experienced a major heartbreak, and that's when you found out what you really want to do for yourself. You strut a catwalk, make friends and meet great people. It was okay to make mistakes, it's for you to learn . And you realized who would be there for you.

Now you're 26, you have your own online boutique invested by a good friend and probably another two will be joining.

You, should be grateful.

...................................................................................

I'm happy that I've learned. And I'm still learning. I don't know what will the future bring. But I'm looking forward and enjoy the present moments while it lasts. InsyaAllah, I'll be good. :)

Hello, Hi :)

Salam..

I've been leaving my blog for quite awhile. But everything is good and I'm in a good health. I've deleted many entries recently, because I'm now wearing hijab. Alhamdulillah and I felt happier indeed. I can say I have stopped doing modeling but if it is for Muslimah stuff I probably wouldn't mind to join.

Currently I'm working as a personal account exec for one of Maxis's director but only for two months, as I'm replacing someone who's on maternity leave. And I'm having one subject left for my final semester. So I go to class Monday and work on Tuesday to Friday.

It was Arina's birthday.
Attending Aleena's birthday.
And Acap's birthday!
At the same time, I'm now working hard for my own online boutique, dedicated especially for Muslim girls out there yet wearable for free-hair girls/ladies too. I have named it as "Statuesque Veranda". Feel free to drop to the website statuesque-veranda.com but it's still in progress. InsyaAllah it would be more interesting.  It has its own meaning, I love the name very much!  I'm selling ready-made clothing as well as the ones made by myself. Yes you heard me. I'm currently mastering how to make a blouse, it was a thrilling experience and this is my new hobby. Soon I will learn to make dresses, pants, hijab, and more. I learn from books and internet. I thanked my Freedom Fighter buddy, Amir for being my investor, thank you for believing me Amir. I won't let you and us down! And just now I had a short discussion with my friend Hakim who helped me doing business card previously (it is very beautiful and I heard someone request to take my business card as a sample for his/her wedding card. ahha), we talked about the packaging for the apparels because for the time being this is an online business. InsyaAllah if Statuesque Veranda is gonna do well in future, I plan to own my own boutique. Hopefully. Amin.

My new baby.
This is Singer 160 Limited Edition sewing machine.
Vintage look but modernized. Beautiful right?

The first blouse. I made this. :)

Photoshoot-ing with my girlfriend, Lin.
Thank you for the help, babe!
Afiq, as usual he has been super supportive. I am glad and grateful to have him. He is going to meet his future boss this Monday, his application is successful and will be working with Petronas soon. After all the hard work, he really deserve this.

Attending Elynn's wedding.

=)

Wishing more great things to come and I am more appreciate and cherish my life now. This 24th will be our 2nd anniversary. To be honest we have never celebrated month/anniversary, it was enough to know how far we have reached and how much thoughts we have shared. What I am having now is more than enough. I go to class on Monday and work on the rest of weekdays, I got to spend time with family at night, watching TV while I sew, and I meet him in between. Perfect.

I'm happy to knew I have learned a lot. I'm sure there are things I haven't experience yet and I'm looking forward. Life is too precious to waste. I wanna fill it with positive things.

From Neera's Kitchen: Simple Recipe of Prawn Olio E Aglio ;)

Ok guys, kali ni menu simple jea. Tapi sedap! hehe. Dah lama kan I tak share recipe? So here it is, Prawn Olio e Aglio. Semua orang mesti pernah makan Olio kan? Either with Parmesan Cheese or not, or with prawn or not. So kali ni, I buat cara I. Anyway, next recipe could be Ayam Kapitan. Mama dah ajar. Kita beralih ke masakan Melayu pulak. ;)

Introducing... Prawn Olio E Aglio!

Photobucket

Sayur-sayur tu eksen je. Hehehe.

Ok here's the ingredients:
  1. Spaghetti
  2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Tak sama dengan Olive Oil)
  3. 3 Ulas Bawang Putih yang dicincang halus
  4. Parsley Leaves /Flakes
  5. Chilli Flakes (Kalau nak pedas)
  6. Black Pepper (Ground)
  7. Garam Halus
  8. Kacang Buncis
  9. Broccoli
  10. Parmesan Cheese
  11. Udang Mentah
Cara-cara Memasak:
Ikut selera. Manakala garam pula secukup rasa.
  • Kalau nak pedas, tabur pula Chilli Flakes.
  • Siap!
Extra Pictures:

Sorry gambar tak banyak sangat. Sedang menunggu Kodak Zi8. InsyaAllah gambar lagi banyak dan cun!

Extra Note: Kalau rajin, masakla Mash Potato. I try dah cari dekat supermarket, tak jumpa plak. Maybe next time.

Selamat mencuba! =)

**Credit to Izzat for the additional Chilli Flakes. Untuk resepi-resepi lain, sila lihat kiri. And more coming soon!

A day out with Afiq, Skin Clinic + Papa Rich, and a VIDEO!!

Yesterday I went to skin clinic in SS15. Thanked God Afiq is available! He is my 'gps'. I memang tak tahu jalan. ;(
So, the doctor's name is Ranjit Singh (a handsome man). He's a specialist in dermatology. If you guys Google his name you'll find lotsa testimonials about his treatment. I think he is specialized in curing body scars, acne scars, hair loss, anti-ageing and lots more. I have a dry skin especially on my both legs that's why I went to see him. Guess what, I have waited for two hours! Giler ramai patients. And guess what again? I had only 10 minutes with him. Tsk tsk ;(

So he recommended this Dermasafe bioglycolic lotion for me to wear after shower and before go to bed. It costs me RM150.00 including the consultation fee. Hopefully it's worth it. Let's see the result after I finish the whole bottle. Oh by the way, the receptionist is beautiful. Melayu okay? ;p
While waiting for my call, Afiq dengan rela hati menambah-nambah dosa dia dengan mengutuk patient yang datang. Dagu senget la pipi botox la apa lagi Afiq? I know you're hungry. And I wore my new contact lens while waiting (sempat lagi), how could he say I looks annoying he can't even look into my eyes. Afiq, you're annoy-er!

So after that, we had our lunches, I repeat, our LUNCHES at six o'clock in the evening. Serious perut dah nyanyi lagu Black Eyed Peas. We went to Papa Rich Sunway Pyramid and had our nice meals yow. It's only RM32.45 for two persons. I know Cyber got ones which is near to the Petronas petrol station but I never been there. Maybe someday.

Anyway Afiq, thanks for the ride. Thanks for being my gps and the reason I'm willing to hear you mumbling is because I taknak-kena-kick-out of your car. Ahha joking. Well about the 'thanks' I meant it okay? You've helped me much in finding Fiz's presents and lots more. You're such a supportive friend indeed. Thanks!
Siapa nak kenal Afiq, pm me! He has been single for 5 years, it's time to find someone in 2010. But plastic, spastic, adalah tidak digalakkan. Harap maklum.

Oooww look what I got here. A VIDEO! Lama giler tak upload video kan? CheckitOut!

Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi

I've been busy with classes and stuff, but I managed to learn a new menu from mama. And it is obviously a traditional Malay food, which is masak lemak cili padi ;)

First time saya belajar masak, memang tak berapa menjadi. Saya pakai ikan kembung. Kuah jadi masin sikit and my friend thought i added belimbing masam. Padahal asam keping, tu pun setengah je. huhu.. Nak masak tak susah, barang nak pakai pun tak banyak. So here it is...

Hidangan Untuk 6 Orang

Bahan-bahan:
  1. 2 Genggam Cili Api/ Cili Padi (Blend dengan sedikit air)
  2. 3/4 Batang Cili Merah (Blend sekali dengan cili api)
  3. 3/4 Batang Serai
  4. Setengah keping Asam Keping
  5. 2 Cawan Santan
  6. 3 Cawan Air
  7. Setengah Cawan Susu Cair (Kalau kuah tak cukup pekat)
  8. Serbuk Kunyit (Terpulang nak pakai berapa banyak)
  9. Daun Kunyit (Sama seperti di atas)
  10. Garam
  11. Ajinomoto (Sikit je.. Kalau boleh setengah sudu KFC tu je.)
  12. Ayam seekor dipotong 8
  13. Ubi Kentang (beberapa biji) dipotong 4
Cara-cara memasak:
Hidupkan api.
  2. Masukkan serbuk kunyit dan daun kunyit jugak. (Ikut korang la nak pekat macam mana kaler dia. hehe)
  3. Tunggu sampai menggelegak. Masukkan Garam (Cuba 3/4 sudu KFC dulu), dan aji tadi. Kalau rasa tawar, tambah lagi garam. Aji tak payah. Tambahkan Susu Cair sebagai pengganti (Kalau santan tak cukup) kalau kuah kurang lemak.
  4. Kalau dah rasa sebati, baru masukkan potongan Ayam tadi.
  5. Tunggu sehingga masak. Masukkan kentang pulak. Kita masukkan kentang akhir sekali sebab kalau masak lama-lama nanti lembik/lembut sangat. So masukkan masa last-last sekali. Tunggu sampai menggelegak. Tutup api.
  6. Kalau nak lengkap, masakkan Tauge Goreng ataua apa-apa sayur yang korang suka.
Siap. Senang kan? Cuba la. :)

p/s: I have decided to use 'I' only when speak in English in this blog. Kalau cakap bahasa Melayu guna 'saya' or 'Neera' okay? ;)

New Recipe - Ayam Tepung 3 Rasa ;)

Ayam Tepung 3 Rasa

Hello fellas, I’ve started to cook back. So that’s good news isn’t it? I’m rescheduling. I got lot of things to do for myself now; I had enough putting other as my priority.

So let’s continue! Well.. I cooked Ayam Tepung 3 Rasa. Sounds nice right? Yea just like it taste. ;p

This is one of my sis’ favorite foods. Rasa macam nuggets with sweet sour sauce. This is just a ‘Trial and Error’. Haha. Tiada dalam menu kedai Neera. Sorry la but to be a daughter of a restaurant owner since the past 26 years, sangat la bosan makan menu yang sama okey? Bukan la tak bersyukur, just wanna try something new.

So here’s the recipe.

Hidangan untuk Seorang / Serve for 1

  1. Potongan Ayam / Chicken cubes (Chop it into cube)
  2. Tepung Gogi / Gogi flour (You can get it from any supermarket)
  3. Sebiji Telur / An Egg
  4. Minyak Masak / Cooking Oil
  5. Sepotong Nenas / A slice of Pineapple (Chop it into cube too)
  6. Hirisan Bawang Putih, Bawang Besar, Cili Merah, Cili Api / Slices of Garlic, Onion, Red Chili, Cayenne
  7. 2 sudu besar Sos Cili / 2 spoon of Chili sauce
  8. 1 sudu besar Sos Tomato / 1 spoon of tomato ketchup
  9. Secawan Air / A cup of water
  10. 1 sudu kecil garam / 1 tbsp of salt
  11. 4 sudu kecil Gula / 4 tbsp of sugars
  12. Sedikit Aji / 1 tbsp of aji (option)

Goreng. (Kalau dah kekuningan, angkat dan tapis.)

  • Sekarang masak kuah plak. Hanya sedikit minyak diperlukan. Masukkan 2 biji bawang putih bersama-sama dengan hirisan nenas tadi. Biarkan nenas masak (Tunggu bau harum dia keluar. Api biar perlahan.)
  • Kemudian masukkan Sos Cili, Sos Tomato, Bawang Besar, Cili Merah, Cili Api, dan Secawan Air. Biarkan masak. Perlahankan sedikit api.
  • Masukkan 1 sudu kecil garam, 4 sudu kecil gula, sedikit aji, dan biarkan masak.

  • Dah masak, tutup api.

Siap!

Next time I'll cook something different okey? Need to find the mood. ;)

Akhirnya... Fettuccine Carbonara! ;)

Finally... i made it! This is my second trial, I took a few days to figure out other ways to make the sauce.

Korang tau x.. Percubaan yang pertama, I tak masak pun kuah dia! Mengikut buku resepi tu, cara nak buat kuah dia hanya gaulkan Telur, Light Creme, Ground Black Pepper and Salt.

Sebenarnya, I agak ralat nak makan telur yang tak masak. Sebab end up kalau dibiarkan sekejap pun dah mendatangkan sedikit bau hanyir. Kalau I goreng/masak dengan Sosej kuah tuh, nanti dia jadi Scrambled Egg. haha. I lupa la westerner jarang buat goreng-goreng nih.

So puas la difikir.. At last I tanya papa macam mana nak gantikan telur tu dan jadikan kuah tu masak. Not the instant ones, but the original ones.
Dan ianya berjaya! Thanks Papa. ;)

Lets start with the ingredients:
  • Fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk (Susu Cair)
  • 1 cup Water (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Whipping Creme/Light Creme
  • 1 tbsp Tepung Beras
  • 1 tbsp Tepung Jagung
  • Hirisan Sosej/Halal Bacon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Italian Leaves/Oregamo Leaves (option)
(I've started to follow an accurate measurement (US), based on the book. 1 Cup=250 ml, 1 tbsp=15ml, 1tsp=5ml.)

Directions:
  1. Panaskan air ke dalam periuk. Masukkan sedikit garam. Bila air dah menggelegak, masukkan Fettuccine (Fettucine mengambil sedikit masa untuk masak berbanding spaghetti.). Toskan.
Api jangan biar besar sangat.
  4. Bila air dah menggelegak, masukkan acuan tadi, kacau perlahan-lahan. Perlahankan api. Masukkan 1 cup Susu Cair, 1 tbsp Whipping Creme or Light Creme (Acuan mungkin bertukar sedikit berketul, terus kacau.)
  5. Masukkan 0.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese ke dalam kuali. Taburkan sedikit Ground Black Pepper dan Garam. Terus kacau, sampai kuah jadi pekat. (Korang rasa la dulu, kalau rasa nak lebihkan apa-apa, such as Salt/Pepper/Cheese, letak je.)
Gaulkan. Taburkan 0.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese ke atas hidangan.Taburkan juga Italian Leaves/Oregamo Leaves kalau korang nak.

It is ready to be served! hehe

Nak beli bahan-bahan dia.. quite expensive. Tapi nak buat Carbonara, tak banyak pakai sangat. So still can be use for other time.

Tak faham tanya eh? Good luck! ;)

p/s: Sorry gambar tak cun sangat. Bateri kamera habis. Guna phone jek. :(

  • 2 Biji Bawang Putih (Hiris)
  • Air (Mengikut sukatan 1 tin besar dan 1 tin kecil Tomato Puree tadi)
Cara-cara memasak:

Spaghetti
  1. Rebus Spaghetti dulu. Biar air menggelegak dulu, tuangkankan sedikit minyak supaya spaghetti tu nanti tak melekat antara satu sama lain.
  2. Masukkan spaghetti bila dah menggelagak. Biarkan.
  3. Untuk Angel Hair Spaghetti, 5-8 minit dah cukup untuk masak.
  4. Toskan.
Bolognese Sauce
  1. Hiris 2 Bawang Merah dan 2 Biji Bawang Putih, tumis.
  2. Masukkan 4 Daging yang telah dicincang halus. Kacau sedikit.
  3. Agak-agak dah separuh masak, masukkan 1 tin besar dan 1 tin kecil Tomato Puri.
  5. Masukkan 8 sudu besar sos tomato.
  6. Masukkan 2 sudu besar Garam dan 8-10 sudu besar Gula. (Agak-agak la. Terpulang kat korang)
  7. Kacau. (Kalau rasa perlu diedit korang imbangkan Garam dan Gula tu tadi. Tu je.)
(Cendawan dengan Cili masukkan last-last tau. Sebab item-item tu paling cepat masak.)
  9. Kuah settled.
Serves:
  1. Masukkan Spaghetti ke ,dalam mangkuk.
  2. Tuang Bolognese Sauce.
  3. Kalau nak rajin lagi, letak la Cheddar Cheese or Mozarella Cheese. Masa tengah panas tu die akan cair sendiri. Nyam Nyam!
Siap! heee

Ada siapa-siapa tak faham lagi?

Try la... sangat best. ;)
Sebenarnya saya tersalah beli spaghetti, terbeli Angel Hair Spaghetti. Patut la tak kembang-kembang bila aku masak! ahaha
But lucky me all my siblings preferred Angel Hair tuh. Dorang memang suka yang tuh.
Tomorrow my eldest sis will be home, dia nak rasa so I will keep some for her.
Dia la yang ajar, credits for her ;)

Try yeh? then leave some comments! Good Luck! ;D

**mat mimpi, yang ni hang bley buat pakai Rona Roni Macaroni jugak. Hang try la. Tak try siap hang. ;p

Tomyam Marii!

Okay, hari ni saya nak ajar bagaimana nak masak tomyam yang sedap. ;D

Bahan-bahan yang perlu ada:
  • Air
  • Bawang Besar dihiris halus
  • Tomato dipotong 4
  • Serai 1 batang
  • Cili Api ditumbuk kasar
  • Helaian Daun Limau (Tiada dalam gambar)
  • Kobis Bunga (option)
  • Cendawan (option)
  • Daun Ketumbar
  • Lauk pauk seperti Ayam, Daging, Udang, dan Sotong
  • Perahan Limau Nipis
  • Pati Tomyam (Boleh dapat kat mana-mana. Paket yang bertulisan Thailand berBackground merah paling sedap. ;))
  • Garam
  • Gula
  • Ajinomoto (option)
Cara-cara memasak (untuk seorang makan):

Kalau 3 senduk air, 3 sudu garam 3 sudu gula la. Kalau 4 senduk, 4 sudu garam 4 sudu gula la. Senang. ;D

Dikala saya siap menulis resipi ini, saya dah pun kekenyangan. blurp. hee
